Finally, after trying and working for 2 days on a new free blogger's templates, I have completed the Carbon Fiber.xml blog design. I hope you will like this template.
What is so special about this design:1. 3 columns blogger's template.
2. Carbon Fiber header design.
3. 2 navigation bar. (One is at the top-right and another one is the one below the carbon fiber header.)
4. 3 columns are integrated into the footer of this template.
In order to use the navigation at the top-right of this template, you will need to "Add HTML/Javascript" and then use the code below:
Change the links into your own links. The maximum number of links allow at the top is 3 links but depends on the length of the link name. If you sue long name for the link, you could only use 2 links. "How to install new blogger's template on your blog?"
